Exchange, Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy:

Ceazur Cancellation Policy:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time you have ordered. 
  • To cancel your order, reach out at support@ceazur.com.
  • Once your order is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.
  • After cancellation, refunds will take at least  72 working hours to process the amount in your bank account.

Ceazur Exchange Policy:

  • You are allowed to exchange your product within 7 days from the date of delivery. 
  • Ceazur allows exchange with the same product for sizes, and colours.
  • Ceazur allows exchange just once. If you are not satisfied with the product, else you can return and place a new order.

Ceazur Return Policy:

Ceazur gives you ample options related to your situations while placing or returning an order at the time of online shopping. You can check the below instructions of returns and refunds. 

  • You can return or exchange your order within 7 days.
  • If you claim that product is damaged then you need to share the unpackaging video and images of the product. 
  • You are allowed to return the product only if it is unused, unwashed, and undamaged otherwise it will not be returned.
  • When you return your order, applied offers or discounts will be  excluded with a refund amount. 
  • Once your order is accepted, first you need to request to return that order. 
  • When you return your order it must be intact with original tags.
  • After a quality check your return request will be accepted. 
  • In case you initiate a request for a return, it will not be processed without a quality check. Once our team is done with the quality check your refund will be processed.

Ceazur Refund Policy:

  • If you have paid the shipping charges, it will be excluded in the refund amount.
  • Refunds will take at least 15 working days to process the amount in your bank account.
  • Refunds will be in the same mode of payment you followed at the time of the order placement.
  • In case you ordered on COD, it will require your bank details for refund.
