Q1: How can I place my order?

A: You can explore the wide range of categories of the products. You can add the products to the My Cart and Buy them with your required details.


Q2: How will I receive my order?

A: Shipping of your order is our responsibility. You can receive your order through our delivery partner.  


Q3: How will I get the confirmation for my order?

A: Our team will provide you confirmation with SMS and email.


Q4: How may you help me with debit or credit card deduction but my order is not placed?

Q5: How can I track my order?

A: As you place your order, you will receive a tracking link through an SMS or email. By clicking on the link you can track your order.


Q6: How can I return my order?

A: You can initiate the return or exchange request in your order summary. You are allowed to return any product within 15 days from the date of purchase.


Q7: How long does it take for a refund?

A: You will get the confirmation through an SMS. It takes 72 hours after a quality check by the team.


Q8: Do you want any suggestions, if you are confused?

A:  You can call us at - +91 6280981157. You will receive the call back to get the suggestions for any type of query. In case you order in bulk, for that too.


Q9: How can I cancel my order?

A: You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time you place  your order.

Q: Is the Cash on Delivery available on the order?

A: COD is available above order value Rs.799.


Q: How do I place a return or exchange request?

A: You will visit in your order summary section, there you will find the options for return or exchange request. You have to fill in the required details. 

In case of any query in regard to this, you can write to us at -  support@ceazur.com. Else, you can follow the instructions for Return/Exchange.

  • You can raise the return request within 7 days of the delivery date. Our delivery partner will be available for reverse pick up in 2 or 3 working days of the delivery date. Post reverse pickup we will do the quality test, once we are done with that will confirm your request status.
    • Consideration for the return will be;

    * Product must be unwashed, undamaged, and unused. 

    * It should be intact with original packaging and tags while reverse pickup. 

    * Any item without tags will be acceptable.


    Q: Are there any shipping charges for returns/exchanges?

    A: As per now there are no additional charges applicable on returns or exchanges above order value Rs.899.


    Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    A: Estimated time for order arrival is 7 days. In case of unavailability of the products, it takes some more time or we can cancel your order too.


    Q: How will I know if my order is placed or not?

    A: You can check your order details, you can track your order when it is ready to deliver. We will also confirm your order placement details via SMS or email.


    Q: What can be the issue with my order, if it doesn’t deliver on time?

    A: If your order does not deliver within 7 to 10 days, you can call and  write to us at-  support@ceazur.com. We will try our best to deliver your order on time.


    Q: Do we deliver outside India?

    A: No, we do not deliver outside India but surely will start soon in future.


  • Return/Exchange , Cancellation, and Refund:

  • Q: How can I cancel my order?

    A: Visit your order summary and click on the product, down below there  you will find an icon for cancellation. You can cancel your order with a valid reason.


    Q: How can I request for return or exchange?

    A: You will visit in your order summary section, there you will find the options for return or exchange request. You have to fill in the required details.

    A: In case you receive a damaged product, you can share with us unpackaging video along with images of the product. If you are not able to provide us the required elements then your damaged order will not be acceptable.


    Q: What should I do if I receive a different product instead of receiving the ordered one?

    A: In such cases you can write to us at-  support@ceazur.com the issue with the product with images of the delivered and ordered product. We will surely check and exchange your order with the one you actually ordered.


    Q: How many days does it require to return my order?

    A: It will take 3 to 7 days to return your order.


    Q: How much time does it take for an order replacement?

    A: It will take at least 3 to 7 days for an order replacement.


    Q: When will I receive my refund?

     A: You will receive the refund within 3 days from the confirmation after the quality check.


    Q: How do I get my refund for prepaid orders?

    A: You will receive the refund in online mode of payment for prepaid orders within 7 days.


    Q: How do I get my refund for cash on delivery orders?

    A: You will get your refund for cash on delivery orders in online mode of payment, you need to fill in the required bank details for this process.


    Q: How can I check the status of my returned order?

    A: You will visit the order summary section, there will be details of returned order.


    Q: How can I help you with the size of the products?

    A: There will be a size chart for all the available sizes.


    Q: How can I choose the correct size for me?

    A: There will be a chart available with proper measurement of those sizes, accordingly you can choose your size.


    Q: What shall I do in case the amount has been debited from my bank account and also my order has not been placed?

    A: You can create your account or login via your contact number. You are required to have your number with you as you need OTP to login.


    Q: Do I need to provide an email while creating an account on Ceazur?

    A: No, you can create an account at Ceazur through your contact number. 


    Q: Why am I unable to log in at Ceazur?

    A: In case you are unable to log in. Please contact us at -  support@ceazur.com.


    Q: Do I need a password While logging in to my account?

    A: No, everytime you login it requires OTP.



    Q: Can my account be blocked by Ceazur?

    A: Ceazur reserves the right to block your account if you breach any privacy policy.


    Q: What if I don't receive an OTP due to poor network connectivity?

    A: You need to wait for the network to login into your account. Because there is no password login option available.


    Q: How can I initiate a complaint request? 

    A: You can contact us via email to initiate a complaint request or for any feedback.


    Q: What if I lost my old mobile number? How can I log into my account and change my mobile number?

    Q: Does Ceazur read my SMSes?

    A: No, Ceazur can read the msgs(OTP) only sent by Ceazur.
